Play

In this edition of Home Front, I interview my friend, Darrell Castle. We get into what is happening with the US Supreme Court and what we need to know about the upcoming decisions that will determine the definition of marriage in our country.

We have some answers for you, like “Change your clothes and get back to work!”

As an extra bonus, we delve into some thoughts on the presidential candidates, debates and campaign funding for 2016.

  1. I would think a constitutionalist should call them supreme court opinions, NOT supreme court decisions.

  2. ^^That. It appears Castle is no better than the mainstream 2 party judicial supremacists. What these two need is a dose of the lesser magistrate doctrine and a better understanding of things like the supremacy clause and the separation of powers. Courts are not legislative bodies, and even if they were, unjust laws are no laws at all.
