How Do You Like Your New Credit Card Chips?
I was in Moline, Illinois recently speaking at the Women’s Connection and had an opportunity to meet some wonderful people. If you need a speaker for your next event, please call me. Where would we be without credit cards? Yet, when we opened up our bookstore, nearly 27 years ago, we didn’t even have credit cards. I remember going to our first Christian Booksellers Convention when we either paid with cash or wrote checks for everything. It’s interesting to see how much has changed in the way we buy and pay for our purchases.
Have any of you noticed that the new credit cards now have chips in them? I was curious about that, so I did some research and found out they are supposedly safer than the ones we simply swipe.
