What Does the Constitution Have To Say About the DNR, the BLM and the EPA?

What Does the Constitution Have To Say 1
I was invited to speak at a rally last Saturday.  Here is a picture of me with some of the other speakers, Doug Enyart and Bob Parker.

ANSWER:   NOTHING!

The Constitution says it is the duty of the Congress to make all laws. The very first sentence of the Constitution starts off with this:  “All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and a House of Representatives.”

Simple Definition of “all”

  • : the whole, entire, total amount, quantity, or extent of
  • : every member or part of
  • : the whole number or sum of

If we created a “Frankenstein”, we need to un-create it or do whatever is necessary to get it back under control.

Recently, the DNR won a lump of money for a problem created in Missouri’s “iron belt”.  Instead of applying the settlement to the appropriate area to correct the problem, bureaucrats are attempting to purchase land for unrelated purposes far more than a hundred miles away.  A concise description of the problem is here:   If it could happen in Southeast Missouri, it can (and probably is) happening in every state.  The question is how we are going to create a conscience for this.

As outrageous as this sounds, it happens all the time in our country.  If no one speaks out against it, things will never change.

I was asked to speak at a rally to address this abuse.  Although the video was recorded on amateur equipment by volunteers, the message still needs to be heard.
